Our deliveries are made exclusively directly through the company or the brand’s department store.

We receive, process, forward and deliver the order directly from the manufacturer to the address you have provided. This means we can provide you with a completely fresh product. If you have any problems with the product or would like to return it, please contact us. We will be happy to take care of the matter and would like to enable you to exchange or return the product without any problems. In the best case scenario, we naturally hope that your goods will find their way to you undamaged and that you can enjoy them with full pleasure.
